How this Program Works
The SOS Energized Off Campus Edition gives you coaching, structure, and support for the season where routines tend to fall apart. This month is focused on helping you stay connected to yourself through travel, vacations, restaurants, busy schedules, and the unpredictable rhythm of real summer life — without needing perfection to maintain momentum.
You’ll meet live with Dr. Holly for 75-minute Zoom sessions every Monday at 6:00 PM MT, with weekly coaching, real-life strategies, and support designed to help you recover quickly, stay energized, and stop one off week from becoming a lost season.
