Each challenge has its own focus, with new strategies, experiments, and themes designed to keep you moving forward, building momentum, and staying in the game.
How this Program Works
The SOS Energized Spring Challenge gives you structure, coaching, and accountability without extremes or burnout. This season’s theme is the Spring Game Plan — eight weeks to build momentum, turn your fat burners on, and lose up to 10 lbs before summer. Each week adds a new play, helping you stay consistent with nutrition, activity, and mindset so results actually stick.
You’ll meet with Dr. Holly for 75-minute live Zoom sessions every Monday at 6:00 PM MT, with coaching, weekly strategies, and support to keep you in the game even when life gets busy.
Session Dates:
Month 1: April 6, 13, 20, 27
Month 2: May 4, 11, 18 and June 1
