The Energized 3-Month Challenge: EMBODY gives you structure and accountability without restriction or overwhelm. Each week builds intentionally on the last, creating consistency that feels supportive — not forced — as you learn how to live inside your body instead of battling it.
You’ll meet with Dr. Holly for 75-minute live Zoom sessions every Saturday at 8:00 AM MT
